FlopSource ("we", "us") operates flopsource.com and flopsourcedirectory.com, an independent directory of AI compute infrastructure providers. FlopSource is operated by Lagniappe Ventures Ltd, a Nevada series limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete what we have at any time.

Information we collect

• Email address. When you request directory access, join the waitlist, or subscribe to the newsletter, so we can grant access and send occasional updates on the AI compute market. We accept work email addresses only.
• Usage data. Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically by our hosting and CDN to keep the site secure and understand traffic.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential. Remember your access and preferences so the site works.
• Analytics. Help us understand traffic, via Cloudflare and Metricool. Metricool loads a small tracking script on flopsource.com that records page views, referring sites, and approximate location so we can see aggregate traffic statistics. We also share our public guides feed with Metricool to schedule social media posts.
• Advertising. Google AdSense and its partners use cookies to serve and measure ads, as described below.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites across the web. That means you may see personalized ads reflecting your interests.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in Google Ads Settings. You can also manage third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies outright. Google's own handling of data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

Third parties

A small number of providers help us run FlopSource: Google AdSense for advertising, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and analytics, and Metricool for traffic analytics and social media scheduling (see Metricool's privacy policy). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep data

We keep email addresses you give us until you ask us to remove them. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email info@lvltdllc.com and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where practical, note the change on the site.
